Team building is conducted for a number of reasons, however there is a misconception on what team building really is. There are two parts to team building
- The attitude or sense of teamwork that is developed
- The actual formation of a team based on desired skills and abilities members should have in order to meet business objectives
Business process management (BPM) consultants collaborate with executives and managers to establish objectives. These leaders then empower teams to enact change.
