One of the more common questions asked of us is, “How much do you charge?”
Every issue presented to us is different from client to client. No two are alike. Therefore, it is difficult to give a quote based on a “boiler-plate method”. We like to get to know our potential clients and the issues they face before we dive in and give a quote.
However, if some form of training or instruction is called for, typically you can expect by some current industry estimates anywhere from 20 – 40 hours of development time per 1 hour of instruction.
Three Forms of Rates and Fees
PinPoint Performance Solutions offers three different ways you can work work with us.
- Hourly – Our hourly rate for workplace performance improvement and training and development services is $100 per hour. A quote will be provided based on this rate and the number of hours estimated to complete the proposed project.
- Project (preferred method and best value) – Our project fees are a value-based quote determined by the issue the client presents to PinPoint Performance Solutions. If the number of hours or resources needed to complete the project goes over estimate, PinPoint Performance Solutions will guarantee the rate quoted in the original proposal. We believe this method provides the best value to the client and is easy to budget for.
- Contract / Retainer – Based on a combination of the hourly rate and project fee, PinPoint Performance Solutions will serve as an exclusive vendor of workplace performance improvement and training and development services to your organization for a determined length of time. Minimum contract / retainer period is 3 months.
