Lindsay Alen is new to PinPoint Performance Solutions, just graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Boise State University in May 2008. During her college career at Boise State she took many psychology courses, one of which sparked her interest in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

She was particularly intrigued by the concept of entering into an organization, building a relationship, establishing an issue within the organization and analyzing the data gathered to create a solution and implement a successful plan of action. This interest was so strong she began pursuing a Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology with a specialization in Consumer Psychology.

Although the program she is currently enrolled in touches on a variety of I/O topics, the class Lindsay most enjoys is a course on Organizational Consulting Skills. Throughout the course, Lindsay has written papers regarding the various steps of consulting and topics regarding consulting.

With her background in psychology and eagerness to apply it to consulting, Lindsay will fast become a valuable asset to PinPoint Performance Solutions and our client roster.
