PinPoint Performance Solutions is an advocate for making the workplace more efficient and effective through our Workplace Performance Improvement and Training and Performance Support services. We analyze and evaluate the current business state and design and develop training and performance support systems to address specific needs and increase overall performance in the workplace.

PinPoint Performance Solutions has the knowledge and expertise to create customized, objective, performance-based training (both traditional and e-learning) and performance support systems to meet an organization’s specific business needs, all the while linking to short-term and long-term business goals and objectives.

When creating solutions targeted toward employees, we gather all information needed on the target audiences' knowledge, skills and abilities in context to when, where, and how they work.  In short, what the target audience needs in relation to the business processes they function within. This information improves the basis for overall design of a performance improvement solution making it easier to implement. In the end, the solution applied is readily accepted within the organization and adopted among the employees.
