		<description>Thanks for the feedback and your insight. The “tail end” of the Gilbert Model, as I see it, gets a little subjective. Wait until the next and final post in this series – Motivation. I find that difficult to evaluate too as what may motivate one person doesn’t necessarily motivate the next person.</description>
