With a new year comes a new direction for PinPoint Performance Solutions.

Since launching in 2005, PinPoint Performance Solutions was founded to provide user-centered design and usability services.  Over the years, we have noticed a significant shift in the needs of the business community.  As a secondary service offering, PinPoint Performance Solutions offered workplace performance improvement consulting and instructional design.  This has now become our primary service offering catering mostly to the Information Technology field in companies integrating software and technology tools to improve the performance of their employees.

Over the course of the next several days I'll be discussing each of our service offerings, what they are and how they relate to one another.
