PinPoint Performance Solutions, based in Boise, Idaho, is a consulting company that works with companies to implement training and performance improvement solutions in the workplace.

We use many forms of analysis and evaluation to develop effective Training (both traditional and e-learning) and Workplace Performance Improvement solutions as well as conduct User-Centered Design in the creation and customization of software and web applications. We draft and administer plans for Usability Testing on these technology solutions to help build a final product that is effective, meets the need of the end user and improves overall workplace performance.

Regardless of industry, PinPoint Performance Solutions’ goal is to increase workplace performance and identify the causes to performance problems. The very problems that may be slowing productivity can be remedied with well-designed technology tools and proper performance support systems to meet the expectations of the target audience while aligning with business objectives.
